It’s easy, and it doesn’t take much time. Pilates feels good to do and yields outstanding noticeable results, you will very quickly feel great about yourself. Your instructor will create adapted exercises for you, based on the understanding of human anatomy. You will be given a unique set of calisthenics relative to your own postural habits and problems - the overall aim is to improve your strength and balance. You will definitely notice the difference, only after a mere few weeks, just by looking in the mirror.
