Proper Form and Alignment
Private training is the most effective way to learn and practice Pilates. It’s also a wonderful way for the student to meet one-on-one with the instructor in order to develop the exercises previously acquired. The instructor devotes undivided attention to a student's specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results.
The PEZ PILATES private training can be scheduled throughout each day of the week. Semi-private classes are available for clients who wish to share with one friend. The initial sessions are intended to train the student in the proper form and alignment. It is recommended for beginners to schedule 2-3 sessions per week.
